Robert has spent more than two decades helping organizations design, stabilize, and strategically guide their technology environments. As Founder and Principal Technology Advisor, he serves as the senior technical authority behind client engagements — advising leadership on infrastructure architecture, security posture, cloud strategy, and long-term operational planning.
He works closely with executive teams to translate complex technical decisions into practical, reliable systems that support day-to-day operations and future growth. Known for his calm, methodical approach, Robert brings clarity to high-stakes conversations involving risk, compliance, scalability, and business continuity.
His experience across regulated environments, multi-office organizations, and complex infrastructure projects reinforces the disciplined, defense-in-depth mindset that guides Innovative’s approach today.
Outside of work, Robert values time with his family and has a long-standing interest in aviation — an appreciation for systems, precision, and reliability that mirrors his professional philosophy.
Sal — Vice President of Operations
Sal has been a key part of Innovative for over 20 years, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality service across all areas of the organization. As Vice President of Operations, he works closely with the entire team to coordinate service delivery, manage resources, and support the technology solutions clients rely on every day.
With a background in financial management, Sal brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to operations, vendor relationships, and long-term planning. He works closely with partners and suppliers to ensure Innovative can provide the right solutions while maintaining reliability, efficiency, and accountability for clients.
Outside of work, Sal enjoys spending time with his family, coaching soccer, and attending community and family events. His long-standing commitment to both his team and his family reflects the steady, people-first approach he brings to his role.
Pamela — Director of Business Development
Pamela has been part of Innovative since its early days, helping shape the company’s growth through relationship-driven leadership and long-term client engagement. As Director of Business Development, she leads marketing and sales strategy while ensuring prospective and existing clients experience clarity, consistency, and trust from the very first conversation.
Her role has evolved alongside the company, giving her a deep understanding of how technology decisions affect daily operations, long-term planning, and business continuity. Pamela focuses on connecting real business challenges with practical solutions, helping organizations move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, Pamela enjoys spending time with her family and is proud of her two grown sons. The same care, commitment, and steady perspective she brings to her family is reflected in her approach to client relationships and business growth.
Alex — IT Support Supervisor
Alex leads the daily operations of Innovative’s support team, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently, prioritized appropriately, and resolved with consistency and care. He supervises, mentors, and guides technical staff while coordinating scheduling, workload distribution, training, and overall service performance.
As the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority issues, Alex works closely with senior technical resources to ensure challenges are resolved quickly and thoroughly. His leadership helps maintain structured processes, clear communication, and dependable service delivery for clients.
By combining hands-on technical knowledge with strong operational oversight, Alex plays a key role in keeping support services running smoothly while fostering a positive, accountable team environment.
Emily F. — Client Service Coordinator
Emily plays a key role in supporting the daily coordination of client service activities and often serves as the first point of contact for clients. She answers incoming calls, creates and organizes service tickets, and coordinates scheduled visits, helping ensure support requests are properly tracked, prioritized, and communicated clearly.
Working closely with both clients and technical staff, Emily helps manage workflow and maintain visibility across service requests, so issues move smoothly from intake to resolution. Her attention to detail supports scheduling, documentation, and consistent communication throughout the support process, contributing to efficient and dependable service delivery.
Known for her structured and dependable approach, Emily plays an important role in keeping service operations organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Theo — Senior IT Support Specialist
Theo delivers dependable, responsive IT support across client environments, specializing in hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, and end-user support. His focus is on minimizing downtime, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining stable systems that keep teams productive — whether working onsite or remotely.
With a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, Theo approaches each support request with professionalism and attention to detail, helping ensure users feel supported and confident in their technology.
Outside of work, Theo enjoys spending time with family, following sports (especially the Chicago Bears), collecting trading cards, and firing up the grill whenever he gets the chance.
Emily R.— IT Support Specialist, Security & Infrastructure
Emily supports a wide range of clients, approaching each engagement with diligence, professionalism, and a strong focus on user care. She specializes in user administration, identity and access management, hardware troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance.
With a background in cybersecurity, Emily brings an added layer of expertise to her role. She not only resolves technical issues but also helps educate users on best practices to protect themselves and their organizations in an increasingly complex digital environment.
Emily holds active CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications, reflecting her commitment to maintaining current knowledge and delivering reliable, security-focused support to the clients she serves.
Collin — Desktop Support Specialist
