Search & AI
Search & AI Content Readiness
Help customers and search systems understand what your business offers. We improve service explanations, organize related information, check that important pages can be discovered, and keep business facts consistent. The same foundations support traditional search and Google’s AI search features. AI-assisted drafts receive human review for accuracy and usefulness. We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads, citations, or inclusion in AI-generated answers.
What We Review for SEO & AI Search
Customer questions: Explain your services, who they help, what is included, and how to take the next step.
Business facts: Confirm your actual services, locations, service areas, and contact information.
Page structure: Review titles, headings, descriptive internal links, and useful connections between pages.
Discovery and indexing: Check available crawlability and indexing information, including Search Console when access is provided.
Structured data: Review relevant markup for accuracy and consistency with visible page content. Special AI markup is not required for Google Search.
Original value: Use your business knowledge and approved examples rather than creating repetitive pages for search variations.
Search engines and AI platforms decide what they display. Google’s guidance applies to Google Search; other AI platforms may use different systems.

How We Work
Agree on the Work Before Making Changes
1. Review — Review the website and goals.
2. Prioritize — Prioritize improvements.
3. Implement — Implement approved work.
4. Review Results — Review available results and next priorities.
What You Receive
Your written scope identifies deliverables such as a review summary, prioritized action plan, revised page content, approved metadata and link changes, and a record of completed work. Reporting uses the tools and data available to your business. If ongoing support is selected, the agreement defines its frequency and included work.
Scope and Expectations
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or appearance in AI-generated answers. Results depend on factors including competition, your website, business information, and platform decisions. Paid advertising, a full redesign, major development work, and ongoing Google Business Profile management are separate unless expressly included.
Example: Turning a Vague Service Page Into Useful Information
Illustrative example — not a client case study.
A contractor’s website says “we handle all your needs” without describing services or the area served. A scoped improvement could add specific service explanations, genuine service-area information, relevant FAQs, and a clear contact path. These changes make the page more useful without promising a ranking or sales result.
