Google Business Profile Is Free
Google provides Business Profile at no charge. If you hire Innovative, our fees pay for the professional services described in your written agreement. They are not fees paid to Google for creating or maintaining a listing. We explain management fees in writing before managing your profile and identify them on invoices.
You Retain Ownership and Control
You retain primary ownership of your Google Business Profile and decide who may access it. For an existing profile, we request Manager access through an invitation. If we assist in creating a profile, we establish your ownership and retain only the management access needed for the agreed work. We do not ask you to share your Google password.
Authorized Changes and Review Responses
We obtain and retain your express written or digital authorization before claiming or managing your profile. We agree on the scope of permitted work, obtain consent for changes, and keep you informed of edits. Responding to reviews on your behalf requires explicit written or digital approval. AI-assisted content is reviewed by a person before publication.
Fees, Reporting and Expectations
Your agreement describes services, fees, and reporting arrangements. You retain access to your profile’s own performance information. When we report results from different platforms, we distinguish Google Business Profile data from other platform data. We do not share or compare your Google Business Profile performance data with other clients. We do not guarantee ranking positions, constant appearance in Search or Maps, leads, verification, reinstatement, or AI-generated recommendations.
Ending Profile Management
You may request that we stop managing your profile using the contact details below. Within seven business days of your notice, we will remove our management permissions and provide the ability to disassociate your profile from our services and regain exclusive control. Your profile remains yours. Other contracted services and deliverables are governed by your agreement.
